Bahria University Islamabad has announced the date of entrance test. Applicants who submit their applications can check their dates and take the test. In contrast, the admission test is not administered by a testing service provider as the university will administer the admission test directly.

- BSE (4 years) programme
Candidate must have passed Intermediate Examination or its equivalent in Pre-Engineering Group with minimum 60% marks (excluding NCC), or in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Studies.
BCE (4 years) programme
Candidate must have passed Intermediate or equivalent examination in Pre-Engineering Group with minimum 60% marks (excluding NCC) or with Mathematics, Physics and Computer Studies.
BEE (4 years) programme
Candidate must have passed Intermediate Examination or its equivalent in Pre-Engineering Group with minimum 60% marks (excluding NCC).

Applicants are required to appear in the written test (except for selection of SAT/ETS score etc.) as advertised in the press.
After the test, the merit list for interview will be announced and posted on the concerned institutions and the same website.
Original documents are to be produced at the time of interview, copies of which will be submitted along with the application form.

Admission will be based on academic merit score, entrance test score, and interview.
Students who are unable to provide the full qualifying result previously required for a particular program must submit the final qualifying result as follows:
a 1st year result if HSSC result not declared for undergraduate program.
BO Level Results If I have not declared A Level result for undergraduate program.
c HSSC/A-level result for graduate program if BA/BSc/B.Com result is awaited.

- Candidates who wish to apply can access the prospectus, which will be accessible on the admission portal of Bahria University. You can even sign in at http://cms.bahria.edu.pk. It is possible to download the admission form for Rs. 2000
- Interested applicants should complete the admission form by handing over their printouts to the department within working days. The form can be submitted from any location that is part of Bank Al Falah.
- Applicant should secure minimum 50% marks in General Graduate Assessment Test GAT, which will be monitored by NTS.
